AI & Image Rights Policy
This policy exists specifically to protect this website's content, and the Owner's face, voice and likeness, from unauthorised use in AI systems and synthetic media.

1. AI Policy
No content on this website — including photographs, video, audio, written text, or source code — may be used, downloaded, scraped, or otherwise obtained for the purpose of training, fine-tuning, evaluating, or benchmarking any artificial intelligence system, machine learning model, or large language model (LLM), without the Owner’s prior written permission.
2. No AI Training on This Content
This includes, without limitation, a prohibition on using any Content for:
- Machine learning model training of any kind
- Large language model (LLM) training, fine-tuning or retrieval datasets
- Image generation model training (including diffusion, GAN, or similar models)
- Face dataset construction or facial-recognition model training
- Voice dataset construction or voice-model / text-to-speech training
Automated crawlers, scrapers, and AI-data-collection bots are not authorised to access this Site for these purposes, regardless of any general crawl permissions that may otherwise be indicated in the Site’s technical configuration for search-engine indexing purposes only.
3. Image Rights Policy
The Owner’s face, likeness, voice, dance movement, performances, photographs and videos are personal and protected assets. They may not be used to create deepfakes, synthetic media, AI avatars, voice clones, identity recreations, or commercial datasets of any kind, without the Owner’s prior written permission.

5. Requesting Permission
Any party wishing to obtain a licence for a use otherwise prohibited by this policy — for example, a legitimate, consensual commercial partnership requiring likeness use — should contact ruchikajharbade@gmail.com with a detailed description of the intended use before proceeding. No such use is authorised unless confirmed in writing by the Owner.
6. Enforcement
Unauthorised synthetic media, AI training use, or biometric extraction involving the Owner’s face, voice or performances may constitute copyright infringement, a violation of personality/publicity rights, and in some jurisdictions a criminal offence (including under the Information Technology Act, 2000 in India, and equivalent deepfake and synthetic-media laws elsewhere). The Owner reserves the right to pursue all available legal remedies, including takedown requests to hosting platforms, in response to any violation of this policy.
