This policy sets out the full range of intellectual property and personality rights held by the Owner in connection with this website and its Content.

1. Copyright
All original photographic, video, audio, written, code and design Content on this Site is protected by copyright, owned by the Owner unless otherwise credited. Full detail is set out in the Copyright Policy.
2. Trademark
“Ruchika Jharbade,” any personal wordmark, monogram or stylised signature displayed on the Site, and the names of ventures founded by the Owner (including Ovyrra AI and ShaadiFest), function as trade names and/or trademarks identifying the Owner’s professional and business activities. Use of these marks to imply endorsement, affiliation, or sponsorship without authorisation is prohibited.
3. Trade Dress
The overall visual look and feel of the Site — including its distinctive colour palette, typography pairing, layout grid, and editorial photographic style — constitutes trade dress associated with the Owner’s personal brand, and may not be copied or closely imitated for a competing or confusingly similar personal-portfolio or commercial website.
4. Design Rights
Original graphic designs, layouts, logo marks, and visual assets created for the Site are protected as design works under applicable design and copyright law, in addition to any registered design rights that may exist from time to time.
5. Database Rights
Compilations on the Site — including the portfolio gallery, book catalogue, press and recognition listings, and any structured or curated collections of information — represent a substantial investment of skill, labour and judgement in their selection and arrangement, and are protected as compilations/databases to the extent recognised under applicable law. Bulk extraction or re-utilisation of these compilations is prohibited.
6. Moral Rights
The Owner asserts the moral right to be identified as the author/creator of her original works, and the right to object to derogatory treatment of those works, in accordance with the Indian Copyright Act, 1957 and equivalent moral-rights protections recognised internationally.
7. Portfolio Rights
The Owner retains the right to display any project she has worked on — including concept, spec, and independently produced work — as part of her professional portfolio for career, promotional and professional-development purposes, subject to any specific confidentiality obligations agreed with a particular client or collaborator.
8. Performance Rights
As a performer, the Owner holds performer’s rights in her acting, dance and on-camera performances captured in the Content, in addition to copyright in the underlying audiovisual works where applicable. Extraction, isolation, or reuse of a performance (including via clipping, looping or AI-based re-animation) without permission is prohibited.
9. Image & Publicity Rights
The Owner’s face, likeness, voice, name, and personal identity carry image rights and publicity rights recognised under Indian personality-rights jurisprudence and, where applicable, under the law of other jurisdictions. These rights exist independently of copyright in any individual photograph or video, and are not transferred by virtue of a photograph or video appearing on this Site. 10. Digital Assets
Any digital files, source assets, raw footage, unpublished drafts, or working files related to the Site or its Content remain the exclusive property of the Owner, whether or not a finished version of that asset has been published.
